African Future
Visiting Rwanda was an experience very different from anything I've ever experienced before. It's a developing country that's in the midst of a great move toward a brighter future. This means that they are very far ahead at some areas (for instance: plastic bags are not allowed in the country) and very far behind on others (poverty is still prominent). These children are a great example of this contrast: in spite of their clothes or school uniform being dirty and worn out, notice how proud the two boys on the left are for wearing them. Education is extremely important in Rwanda, even in the poorest of conditions. In fact, some of them may not have shoes, but still own a school uniform.
